中国半导体行业协会（CSIA）反对美国商务部用如此武断的方式为国际贸易带来干扰。我们非常担心美方将国家安全用于歧视性贸易政策，这种单边性的政策不仅会进一步损害全球半导体行业的供应链，更重要的是，它将形成一个不确定的产业氛围，给过去几十年全球半导体行业从业人员共同耕耘从而打造的互相信任、友好合作精神造成巨大的负面影响。

为了全球半导体行业、为了依赖半导体而发展的多个下游行业，更为了数以百万计的半导体从业人员，我们希望美国政府能及时修正错误的做法，回归世界半导体理事会（WSC）和政府与当局的半导体会议（GAMS）的国际贸易磋商机制的框架下，能够充分沟通，有效地交换意见，寻求达成共识。
